Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream pudding powder
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder, instant
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • e.g. whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with the sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Heat the remaining milk and the whipped cream with the espresso powder until dissolved. Bring everything to a boil, stir in the pudding mix, and bring to a boil. Chill. Garnish with drained mandarin oranges and whipped cream.
