Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 onions
- n. B. Water, warm
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- a few stalks of parsley
Instructions

goes well with gyros
Slice the onions, place them in a sealable container, and fill with warm water until the onion rings are completely covered. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, and chopped parsley and mix, then seal the container and let it steep for about 12 hours. It goes perfectly with gyros, souvlaki, and other pan-fried dishes.
