Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g coffee beans
  • 250 g sugar (rock sugar)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle of schnapps (corn)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Let all ingredients stand at room temperature, tightly sealed, for about 4-6 weeks. Turn the jar upside down, shake, or something similar from time to time. Then decant the liqueur and drink it without the coffee beans. Tastes delicious.
