Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g coffee beans, whole, freshly roasted
  • 300 g brown cane sugar
  • 1 bottle of brandy or brown rum
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), split

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour all four ingredients into a hot-rinsed 1-liter bottle and let it steep in a warm, sunny place for at least 4 weeks. Then filter and let it mature for another 6 weeks in a dark place. It tastes delicious in coffee with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
