or Liquore al Caffè or coffee liqueur

Mix the hot coffee with the sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let the mixture cool. Then add the alcohol. In Germany, you can probably only get the alcohol in a pharmacy. In Italy, you can find it in any supermarket. A one-liter bottle costs around 10 euros. The second liqueur variation would be to mix the cold coffee with the sugar and alcohol straight away. Shake the ingredients vigorously in the bottle. With this variation, however, the sugar mixture always ends up at the bottom of the bottle. If that doesn’t bother you… Always shake well before enjoying. Goes very well with limoncello. Whether limoncello crema or limoncello. Pour a part coffee liqueur over it, then the limoncello.
