Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 lemon(s)
  • 1 liter of pure alcohol
  • 2 liters of water
  • 600 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Using a vegetable peeler, peel the lemons very thinly, leaving only the yellow part if possible. Let the peels and alcohol sit in a sealed container for 4 weeks. Boil water with the sugar and let it cool. Strain the alcohol through a sieve to remove the peels, then mix it with the water-sugar solution. It’s ready to serve.
