Coffee Oil

- 5 g Whole coffee beans
- 175 ml Rapeseed oil
- 175 ml Cold pressed olive oil
- Put both oils in a saucepan, heat them to about 60 ° C and remove them from the plate.
- Press the whole coffee beans a little, as this gives them more aroma, and add to the oil.
- Cover the pot and let it stand for 24 hours … you can do it longer if you want it to be more intense.
- Strain the coffee beans and pour the oil into a sealable bottle.
