Yogurt Chocolate Cake

The perfect yogurt chocolate cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 big Eggs
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 200 gram Flour
  • 100 gram Dark chocolate
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 200 ml Yogurt
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and allow to cool slightly. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy (about 10 minutes) then add the yogurt and melted chocolate. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir until smooth. Yogurt: Can be chocolate or stracciatella. Also with pieces. Bake at 180C for about 45 minutes. – Chopsticks sample!
