Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 ml orange juice
- 200 ml liqueur (coffee liqueur)
- 3 tbsp instant coffee powder (espresso powder)
- 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Makes approx. 4 glasses of 250 ml each
Combine orange juice, liqueur, espresso powder, and gelling sugar. Stir continuously and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 4 minutes. Fill prepared, clean jars with jelly to the brim. Seal and turn upside down for 5 minutes. Turn over and let cool.
