Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml coffee, black
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 pc. pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 20 g vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

super quick, delicious dessert

Combine the coffee and milk in a saucepan, take about 60 ml of it, and mix with the sugar and vanilla pudding mix until no lumps remain. Bring the remaining coffee and milk mixture to a boil and stir in the mixture. Let it boil briefly, then remove from the heat. Tastes great warm with some mocha chocolate or Bailey’s.
