Spaghetti with shrimps in cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 250 g shrimp(s)
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 ml
  • 1 tomato(s), possibly more
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onions and add them to a pan. Sauté the onions over medium heat. After about 5 minutes, add the shrimp and cook on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Season the shrimp with pepper, salt, and basil. Then add the chopped tomato and the cup of cream. Drain the cooked spaghetti, add it to the pan with the other ingredients, and cook for a few more minutes. After about 3 minutes, the dish is ready.
