Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of espresso
- 1 small banana(s)
- 25 g protein powder
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Prepare espresso as usual. If you like your smoothie nice and cold, let it cool; otherwise, continue straight away. Pour into a blender with the other ingredients and blend well. Pour into a large glass, top with a little cinnamon, and enjoy! Done!
