Matcha Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml water
  • 2 g matcha powder (green tea, instant powder)
  • 1 tbsp creamy blossom honey
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 kiwis, golden
  • 1 small banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

tea-based

Pour boiled, slightly cooled water over the matcha powder and mix well. Add the honey and lemon juice and let cool. Meanwhile, peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. Since matcha tea has a slightly more bitter taste, use the golden kiwis, which are much milder and sweeter than the green ones. If using green kiwis, make sure they are fully ripe. Peel the banana and also cut them into pieces. Now place the tea and prepared fruit in a blender and blend everything well. Pour into glasses.
