Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml cola
- 125 ml oil
- 3 eggs
- Powdered sugar or cake icing

totally fluffy and juicy
First, combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl (it’s best to sift the flour first and mix it with the baking powder). Then, mix the cola, oil, and eggs with the other ingredients. Mix everything together on the lowest speed of the mixer for about 2-3 minutes until everything is well blended. Now pour the batter into a well-greased baking pan, preferably a springform pan (20cm diameter). Then put the pan in the oven and bake at 160°C (fan-assisted), 180°C (conventional). After about 30 minutes, check with a skewer whether the cake is ready. If not, bake for a few minutes longer. When it’s cool, turn it out and place it on a plate/platter. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze.
