Cold dog with Oreos

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g dark chocolate coating
  • 150 g coconut oil
  • 200 g cream
  • 40 Oreo cookies
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Melt the coarsely chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Let the mixture cool to lukewarm, stirring constantly. Then add the cream and mix everything well again. Now, in a buttered loaf pan, alternate layers of cookies and chocolate cream mixture, starting with a layer of cookies. Then let everything cool completely and turn out.
