Cold lime fruit tea

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 fruit tea bags
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 2 limes
  • 1 liter apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 10 minutes

very refreshing

The day before, pour 4 fruit tea bags into 2 liters of boiling water and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Remove the bags, let the tea cool, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, cut the limes into thin wedges. Combine the tea, apple juice, mint, and lime leaves in a large carafe and let it steep in the cold water for at least 2 hours. This makes 8 glasses, each approximately 400 ml.
