Cold melon soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 melon(s) (mussel)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 8 cups low-fat yogurt
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces. Puree it with the lemon juice. Mix with yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Then refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve as an appetizer or simply as a delicious refreshment on hot days.
