Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche, light
- 5 large radishes, cut into very small cubes
- 1 small onion(s), cut into very small cubes
- 3 small eggs, hard-boiled, finely chopped
- a few stalks of dill, finely chopped
- 1 pack of spice mix (salad seasoning with herbs, without flavor enhancers)
- 2 slice(s) cooked ham, cut into small cubes
- 100 ml mineral water
- 1 tbsp spring onion(s), small rings of green
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
super tasty, healthy and low in calories
Prepare all ingredients as above, mix, and let stand for about 1 hour (but this isn’t necessary). Done!
