Cold soup a´la Chrissi for the hot summer days

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche, light
  • 5 large radishes, cut into very small cubes
  • 1 small onion(s), cut into very small cubes
  • 3 small eggs, hard-boiled, finely chopped
  • a few stalks of dill, finely chopped
  • 1 pack of spice mix (salad seasoning with herbs, without flavor enhancers)
  • 2 slice(s) cooked ham, cut into small cubes
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 1 tbsp spring onion(s), small rings of green
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

super tasty, healthy and low in calories

Prepare all ingredients as above, mix, and let stand for about 1 hour (but this isn’t necessary). Done!
