Berry cold soup

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 750 g fresh berries (raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, etc.)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ liter buttermilk
  • 1 cup sour milk (cream sour milk)
  • ½ cup syrup (raspberry syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the berries and drain. Sprinkle the sugar and vanilla sugar over them and let them sit for 15 minutes. Puree half of the berries and mix with the remaining berries, buttermilk, and sour cream. Finally, add the raspberry syrup and mix again. Place a few whole berries on top and serve.
