The tastiest turbo tomato sauce in the world

Briefly blanch the tomatoes in hot water until the skin bursts, then peel them. Roughly chop the tomatoes and place them in a tall container. Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the tomatoes along with the olive oil. Add the finely chopped basil leaves, sugar, salt, and pepper, and blend briefly with a hand blender until the ingredients are just combined. The sauce can be a little chunky. Mix the seasoned sauce with piping hot spaghettini and serve immediately. For this sauce, it’s very important that the tomatoes are fully ripe and of good quality. The olive oil should also be of good quality, as this is the only way to ensure a good flavor.
