Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 2 bell peppers, green and yellow
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 cup vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- Dill, finely chopped

Trim and finely grate the white cabbage and bell peppers, and dice the onion. Place everything in a bowl, preferably with a lid, mix well, and stir in about 1 tablespoon of dill. Mix a spicy marinade from vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper, heat, and pour over the salad. Cover the bowl tightly and shake the salad thoroughly. If you don’t have a bowl available, toss the salad thoroughly. Let it sit for a few hours and season again before serving.
