Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 white cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pepper, red
  • 1 pepper, green
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat-leaf, chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the white cabbage, quarter it, remove the coarse stalk, finely grate it, and weigh out 500g. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Halve the peppers, deseed them, wash them, and slice them into fine strips. Mix the vinegar, salt, and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Place the white cabbage in a bowl, pour the marinade over it, mix, and let it stand for 10 minutes. Stir in the parsley and let it stand for a while longer. Please strictly adhere to the quantities specified; season to taste if necessary.
