Ingredients

  • 1 Pcs. White cabbage
  • 2 Pcs. Onions
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 bottle Herb vinegar
  • 1 bottle Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Finely slice the cabbage. Finely dice the onions. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Make a very well mixed sauce from the remaining ingredients. The sugar must have completely dissolved. Pour everything over the herb, scrunching it up slightly.
  • Now place a plate on the coleslaw. The plate must not be quite as big as the bowl and should rest on the cabbage. Then use tins to complain that some pressure is being exerted! Let it steep for 24 hours!
