Ingredients

Decoration

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 medium-sized Egg
  • 125 g Butter
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Food colors colorful

Instructions

  • Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
  • Beat the butter and sugar until frothy, add the egg and the flour mixture spoon by spoon.
  • Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Then with the cookie cutter star heart what you want. Cut out the dough and cut out a small hole, as with rascals. Simply put the hole you have cut out at a corner at the top of the cookie.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Fill the small hole with sugar, then with food coloring, just put a drop on the sugar, only one drop, please, the first few went a little wrong for me.
  • This creates a small, transparent colored window during baking. For me they have run apart a bit. I used too much butter and no more flour. Didn't detract from the taste.
  • So if the dough gets too fat, just roll it in a little flour.
