  • 200 g quark, low-fat
  • 100 ml dessert sauce
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Sugar sprinkles, colored

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Chocolate quark dish

Mix together the mascarpone, quark, dessert sauce, and vanilla sugar. Refrigerate the cream for about 3 hours. Garnish with colorful sugar sprinkles before serving.
