Colorful Cleavers

The perfect colorful cleavers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 Bun old
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 Spring onions fresh
  • 3 Radish
  • 3 Red pointed peppers
  • 3 Parsely
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Breadcrumbs
  1. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings, wash the tomatoes and radishes and chop them up
  2. Remove the sweet peppers, cut into small cubes and chop the washed parsley.
  3. Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix well with the soaked, squeezed rolls and the egg.
  4. Now add the chopped vegetables a little breadcrumbs, mix well, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Now distribute the minced meat in silicone or muffin cups and put it in the 170c. warm oven for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Place a mince rose on a plate and serve with vegetables and potatoes.
  7. The little things also taste very good cold – enjoy your meal; 🙂
