Colorful Cleavers

- 400 g Minced meat
- 1 Bun old
- 1 Egg
- 8 Cocktail tomatoes
- 4 Spring onions fresh
- 3 Radish
- 3 Red pointed peppers
- 3 Parsely
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- Breadcrumbs
- Clean the spring onions, cut into rings, wash the tomatoes and radishes and chop them up
- Remove the sweet peppers, cut into small cubes and chop the washed parsley.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix well with the soaked, squeezed rolls and the egg.
- Now add the chopped vegetables a little breadcrumbs, mix well, season with salt and pepper.
- Now distribute the minced meat in silicone or muffin cups and put it in the 170c. warm oven for about 20-25 minutes.
- Place a mince rose on a plate and serve with vegetables and potatoes.
