Blueberry Cream with Cherry Filling

- 100 g Blueberries fresh
- 8 piece Heart cherries
- 2 tbsp Acacia honey
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Kirsch
- 1 tsp Blueberry syrup
- 0,25 liter Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- The blueberries and cherries were left over from baking the cake. This is how the idea for this delicious quick dessert came about.
- Wash, remove the stalk and stone the cherries. Now cut into small pieces.
- Coarsely puree the blueberries.
- Mix in the honey, vanilla sugar, schnapps, yoghurt and the sour cream.
- Fold in the cherries and then chill the cream. I leave ornamentation (decoration) to everyone.
