Blueberry Cream with Cherry Filling

The perfect blueberry cream with cherry filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Blueberries fresh
  • 8 piece Heart cherries
  • 2 tbsp Acacia honey
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Kirsch
  • 1 tsp Blueberry syrup
  • 0,25 liter Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  1. The blueberries and cherries were left over from baking the cake. This is how the idea for this delicious quick dessert came about.
  2. Wash, remove the stalk and stone the cherries. Now cut into small pieces.
  3. Coarsely puree the blueberries.
  4. Mix in the honey, vanilla sugar, schnapps, yoghurt and the sour cream.
  5. Fold in the cherries and then chill the cream. I leave ornamentation (decoration) to everyone.
