Ingredients
- 1 kg Organic turkey leg
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil / coconut fat
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Cup Water

- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 1 piece Broccoli handle
Instructions
- Cut the turkey meat into pieces, place in a ceramic pot with a lid, add the coconut fat or coconut oil, season with salt and pepper, add the cup of water, cover with the lid and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 5 to 2 hours . Check now and then.
- Now add the cut vegetables, put the lid back on and return to the oven for about 30 minutes and finish cooking.
- Here I made an apple red cabbage with it.
