Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta (preferably spirals or croissants)
- 1 pack of frozen vegetables (optional)
- 50 g sausage (Braunschweiger)
- butter
- Maggi
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- Herbs, various (dill, chives)
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta and vegetables according to the instructions and drain well. Finely chop the onion and sausage and sauté in a pan with a little butter. Add the cooked pasta and vegetables and stir well. Season to taste with liquid seasoning, then add salt and pepper, garlic, bay leaf (remove before serving), and paprika (or curry powder). Let everything sit in the pan until nicely browned, then serve. Tastes best with a slice of warm bread.
