Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pork meat
  • 150 g Pork belly bacon raw smoked
  • 2 Fresh tomato
  • 2 Fresh onion
  • 8 Fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Green peppers
  • 0,5 cup Basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar
  • 100 g Corn cooked
  • 1 Small cucumber
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the skewers: Cut the meat into cubes, place in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and grill spices, add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well. Cut an onion into pieces, cut the tomato into slices, cut the mushrooms in half, cut the peppers into pieces, cut the belly into slices. Put everything on the skewers and place in the cold grill. Put 2 cups of water in the pan under the food and add the remaining onions and paprika.
  • Wash the rice and put it in a saucepan with a cup of water. Bring to the boil briefly and then let soak on a low flame for about 20 minutes. Prepare the decoration on the serving platter.
  • Switch on the grill after approx. 10 minutes. The food should only be grilled for a maximum of 20 minutes, otherwise the pork will become hard. Cut the second onion and the second bell pepper into thin strips and sauté briefly in butter. Prepare the decoration on the serving platter
  • Heat a pan with butter and add the rice, corn and ajvar and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • The sauce Put the water from the tub under the food in a saucepan, season and thicken. Then take out the skewers and place them on the plate. Place the rice on top with an ice cream spoon.
