Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bag of jelly (woodruff), for heating
- 1 bag of jelly (lemon), for heating
- 1 bag of jelly (cherry or raspberry), for heating
- 250 g cream cheese
- 125 ml condensed milk, 7.5%
- 2 tbsp, heaped sugar

Prepare the jelly separately according to the package instructions and let it cool. Please only prepare one of the two provided in each package. Empty the cream cheese into a large bowl. Add 1/8 l of condensed milk with sugar and mix until creamy. Then stir in the cooled lemon jelly and mix until smooth. Cut the woodruff and cherry/raspberry jelly into cubes with a knife and lightly fold into the quark with a spoon. Place the jelly in the refrigerator to cool until it has set. Note: I prepare the woodruff and cherry/raspberry jelly the night before so it will be firm the next day.
