Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 Food coloring
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 lemons, juice
- sugar sprinkles

Whisk the fat until fluffy, then alternate with the sugar and eggs until the sugar has dissolved. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Divide the batter into 4 equal portions. Tint each batter a different color. Pour the batter into 4 layers in a 12-cup muffin tin. Bake the muffins for 25 minutes at 180°C. Let cool for 5 minutes, and in the meantime, mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice to make a glaze. Cover the muffins with the glaze and decorate with sugar sprinkles, if desired.
