Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 150 ml lemonade
- 250 ml oil
- 420 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Food coloring as desired
- 150 g powdered sugar
- lemon juice
- Sweets (colored sugar sprinkles)

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and white. Add the lemonade and oil and continue beating. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Divide the dough into quarters and color each portion a different color. Spoon the colored batter into a royal tin or muffin tin. Bake at 180°C for about 55 minutes, or less time for muffins (use a toothpick to test). Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice. Cover the cooled cake with the icing and decorate with sugar sprinkles.
