Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g frozen, cooked peas
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 onions, diced
  • 3 m.-large gherkins
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the eggs into eighths, halve the cucumbers and sausage lengthwise and slice them. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt together and season with the spices. Mix all ingredients and let them simmer. If you like, you can add a little brandy to the dressing.
