Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 4 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 eggs
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Salt
- pepper
- ½ red bell pepper(s) (finely diced)
- ½ yellow bell pepper(s) (finely diced)
- ½ bell pepper(s), green (finely diced)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients together to form a dumpling. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter and add the minced meat mixture. Press down lightly and draw a pattern on the surface with a fork. Cover and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
