Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 4 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 eggs
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ½ red bell pepper(s) (finely diced)
  • ½ yellow bell pepper(s) (finely diced)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green (finely diced)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients together to form a dumpling. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter and add the minced meat mixture. Press down lightly and draw a pattern on the surface with a fork. Cover and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
