Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Oil for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and grate the potatoes. Grate the carrots. Chop the onion, spring onion, and ham as finely as possible. Mix well with the flour, eggs, and seasonings. Then fry in batches in an oiled waffle iron. This is a low-fat alternative to regular potato pancakes. We serve them with applesauce, but herb curd is also delicious.
