Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 bottle of food coloring of your choice
- Fat for the mold

- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 jar blueberries

For the dough, mix the flour, sugar, butter, egg, and baking powder in a bowl with a mixer, then add the food coloring. Set aside about 1/4 of the dough. Place the rest in a greased springform pan. For the filling, mix the remaining ingredients well in a bowl. Drain the blueberries and add them (add a little juice from the jar if desired), then mix well again. Then pour the filling into the springform pan. Finally, tear the reserved dough into pieces and spread it over the filling. Now bake the cake in a hot oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes.
