For the colorful rice
- 1 piece Diced vegetable onions
- 2 Red Cut ripe peppers
- 1 piece Sliced zucchini
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste double concentr.
- 300 ml Organic tomato juice
- 300 ml Vegetable salt to season
- 300 ml Pepper a.d.M
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 300 cooked Cooked rice
- 300 cooked Chopped peppers
- 300 cooked Cut chives
- 300 cooked Vegetable salt
First the rice …
- Put in salted water and cook. Then place in a bowl and mix well with the chopped paprika and chives and leave to toe. Possibly. Season with vegetable salt.
Peppers – zucchini – vegetables
- Wash, core and cut the paprika – wash the zucchini, dry again and cut into pieces – peel the onion and chop it into small pieces.
- Toss the diced onion in the coconut oil, add the paprika and toss a little. Then add the zucchini pieces, fill up with tomato paste and tomato juice and bring to a simmer. Serving
