Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 Cabanossi
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- 250 g sugar snap peas
- 1 can tomatoes, peeled, approx. 400 g
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs, approx. 150 – 200 g
- Soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 500 g rice

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the Cabanossi into small pieces and fry in oil in a large pan. Chop the leek, onion, bell pepper, and peeled tomatoes into small pieces and add them. Add the snow peas. Stir in the crème fraîche and simmer for a few minutes. Add soy sauce to taste and season with salt and pepper. Drain the rice, add it to the fried vegetables and Cabanossi, and bring back to a gentle simmer. The Cabanossi can easily be omitted, making this a vegetarian stir-fry, although the Cabanossi adds an interesting flavor to the dish.
