Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g radishes
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 100 g cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 pinches of horseradish
- some salt and pepper
- some sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegetarian
Finely chop all ingredients and mix with the stirred dressing. It’s best to eat immediately, as this makes the salad taste its best.
