Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 g radishes
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 pinches of horseradish
  • some salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop all ingredients and mix with the stirred dressing. It’s best to eat immediately, as this makes the salad taste its best.
