Colorful Salad with Asian Dressing

The perfect colorful salad with asian dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Sprouts
  • 100 g Apple
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Green paprika
  • 100 g Red pointed pepper
  • 50 g Shallot
  • 50 g Sun-Dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cherry
  1. Wash the sprouts and drain them well. Quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into fine slices. Clean / brush the mushrooms, halve and cut into slices. Clean and wash the bell peppers and pointed bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Peel the shallot and cut into fine strips. Cut the dried tomatoes into fine strips. Put all ingredients one after the other (sprouts, apple slices, green pepper strips, dried tomato strips, mushroom slices, pointed pepper strips and shallot strips) in a bowl and mix well. Mix sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), light soy sauce (1 tbsp), light rice vinegar (1 tbsp), liquid honey (1 tbsp), olive oil (1 tbsp) and cherry (1 tbsp) into a vinaigrette and drizzle over the salad. Mix the salad well with the vinaigrette and refrigerate until ready to serve. The salad is a nice side dish for many dishes and it just tastes like that.
