Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 200 g cooked ham
- 300 g meat sausage
- 200g salami
- 2 packs of spaetzle
- Salt
- pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Deseed, wash, and dice the bell pepper. Peel and dice the onion. Melt the margarine in a pan and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes. Dice the ham and salami, and cut the sausage into strips. Add to the vegetables and fry until crispy. Add the spaetzle, mix well, and fry for a bit. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
