Colorful Tomato Salad

The perfect colorful tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Vine tomatoes
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 0,5 Can Canned corn kernels
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 tbsp Black olives without stone
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp, deleted Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pack Mozzarella
  1. For the marinade, beat balsamic vinegar with olive oil, salt, sugar and ground pepper from the mill with a whisk.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and chop them roughly. Wash the cucumber and courgette, halve lengthways and cut into slices that are not too thin. Put the corn kernels on a sieve, wash and drain. Cut the olives into slices. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings.
  3. Add the prepared tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, corn kernels, onions and olives to the marinade and mix everything well.
  4. Cut the mozzarella into large cubes and mix half of it into the salad. Spread the other half over the salad. Let it steep for 20-30 minutes in a cool place.
  5. Tastes good with grilled or pan-fried foods.
