Colorful Tomato Salad
The perfect colorful tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Vine tomatoes
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 1 small Zucchini
- 0,5 Can Canned corn kernels
- 1 Red onion
- 1 tbsp Black olives without stone
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp, deleted Sugar
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pack Mozzarella
- For the marinade, beat balsamic vinegar with olive oil, salt, sugar and ground pepper from the mill with a whisk.
- Wash the tomatoes and chop them roughly. Wash the cucumber and courgette, halve lengthways and cut into slices that are not too thin. Put the corn kernels on a sieve, wash and drain. Cut the olives into slices. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings.
- Add the prepared tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, corn kernels, onions and olives to the marinade and mix everything well.
- Cut the mozzarella into large cubes and mix half of it into the salad. Spread the other half over the salad. Let it steep for 20-30 minutes in a cool place.
- Tastes good with grilled or pan-fried foods.
