Colorful Tortellini Casserole
The perfect colorful tortellini casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Dried, colorful tortellini
- 2 peppers each red, yellow and green
- 2 Rods Leek
- 1200 g. Cooked ham, cut into slices
- 125 ml Whipped cream
- 400 g Sour cream
- 500 ml Milk
- 6 Eggs
- Chinese spice, curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- 400 g Grated Gouda
- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet, drain, rinse briefly and drain well.
- Halve the peppers, remove the stems, remove the seeds, remove the white partitions, wash and cut into fine strips. Clean the leek, cut in half, wash and cut diagonally into strips. Cut the ham into cubes.
- Mix the tortellini with the vegetables and ham. Spread in a greased fat pan or (as I had to) in two casserole dishes.
- Mix the cream, sour cream, milk and eggs. Season well with Chinese spices, curry, salt and pepper. Pour the topping over the casserole and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Put it in the oven and place the casserole dishes on the wire rack. Baking time approx. 30 – 45 minutes depending on the size of the form.
- Top / bottom heating: approx. 200 ° C (preheated), hot air approx. 180 ° C (not preheated)
