  • 2 eggs
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

Whisk eggs with milk. Wash, deseed, and finely dice the bell peppers. Stir the bell peppers and chives into the eggs. Season and pour into the Omelette Maker or a sealable microwave dish with air holes and a lid. Cook at 350 watts for 5-6 minutes. Let stand briefly, then enjoy. Note: Cooking times may vary.
