Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ can corn
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • turmeric
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • n. B. Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan. Season the ground beef and fry until brown and crumbly. Remove the ground beef from the pan and set aside. Cook the broccoli in a little water until al dente. Peel and dice the onions, trim the leek and slice it into rings. Add the onions, garlic, and leek to the pan, sauté, and deglaze with the dissolved vegetable stock. Dice the bell peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini and add them. Simmer the vegetables until al dente. Alternatively, you can puree the tomatoes in a blender and add them. Add the cooked broccoli, corn, and ground beef. Add the cup of cream, if desired. Season the vegetables generously with salt, pepper, turmeric, and other spices to taste. Rice goes very well with this dish.
