Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 15 g sea salt
- 1 liter of hot water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips. Dissolve the sea salt in hot water and pour it over the fries. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Preheat the deep fryer to 150°C. Drain the fries and fry for 15 minutes at 150°C. Let the fries cool and, in the meantime, heat the deep fryer to 190°C. Fry the fries for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
