Colorful vegetable pot with fine bratwurst balls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg seasonal vegetables, as desired
  • 30 g margarine
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 4 pieces of bratwurst, fine, fresh
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the vegetables, cut them into equal pieces, and fry them in the margarine for about 5 minutes. Pour in the water and add the vegetable stock. Stir and bring to a boil. Gently press the sausages out of their skins and arrange them on top of the vegetables. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and add it to the soup at the very end.
