Ingredients
 

from the comb:

  • 3 Pc. Pork chops

Spice up :

  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Sweet paprika

Breading:

  • 1 Pc. Egg whisked
  • Breadcrumbs

Grill :

  • 2 tablespoon Clarified butter

Diced:

  • 600 g Peeled waxy potatoes
  • Coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine

Blanching, quenching:

  • 1 Pc. Fresh broccoli
  • 9 Pc. Mini carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

Flesh :

  • Season the chops, bread them in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry slowly in hot clarified butter. Approx. 20 min.

Vegetables :

  • Clean the broccoli, wash it with the mini carrots, blanch and rinse.

Potato :

  • Cut into cubes, wash. Fry in hot margarine and add salt.

Pan vegetables:

  • Toss in hot butter or margarine, season.
