Easter Balls

Almond crust
- 100 g Cranberries
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Msp Ground vanilla pod
- 650 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 Eggs
- 1,5 packet Dry yeast
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 Msp Ground vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Almond leaves
- Wash the raisins and cranberries, drain them and dust with flour. Warm the milk slightly, melt the butter into the milk and add the vanilla. Put all dry ingredients in the food processor, pour over the milk, butter mixture and eggs (leave 1 egg yolk) and knead.
- Let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. Knead in the prepared dried fruits by hand. Form a loaf (if you like smaller slices, form 2 loaves). Let go again for 40 minutes.
- Mix the egg yolk, vanilla with milk and brush the dumplings with it. Bump together the almond leaves and sugar with a knife handle and sprinkle over the pebbles. Bake to 160 ° for 35 minutes, allow to cool and cut into slices.
